What to expect:

  • Access to a Nevada licensed psychologist with expertise in physician stress.

  • Open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

  • Calls are answered within 24 hours with the purpose of providing in-the-moment support and linking the caller to needed resources.

This is not a crisis line.

  • If you are having a life threatening emergency: CALL 911

  • For immediate help with suicidal thoughts, contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or use their Lifeline Chat.

  • If you are a healthcare professional in Northern Nevada and in crisis, confidential help is available through the Renown Crisis Care Center located 480 Galletti Way, on the Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services campus. Ask for “Code Phoenix” to access discreet, private care, including a back-door entrance and enhanced confidentiality protections.

  • Your loved one is not enjoying work or not wanting to go to work.

  • A loved one is short or angry more often.

  • Looking for tools for coping with loss.

  • Looking for strategies to help approach the topic with a loved one.

  • A loved one is experiencing family pressures and/or work pressures.
