Let Us Help Enhance Your Workplace
NPWC is not affiliated with any physician employer or other agency and serves as an independent and autonomous entity with regard to physician wellness.
Are you a hospital or private practice that wants to enhance well being in your workplace?
Partnering with NPWC tells your physicians and the physicians you recruit that their mental health and well-being is a priority.
As an independent and autonomous entity, the NPWC provides opportunities for connection and learning that physicians will utilize.
The NPWC offers programming tailored to physicians’ needs.
NPWC brings valuable physician wellness programs that are tailored to your organization such as comprehensive, evidence-based physician wellness & suicide prevention education, CME’s, and so much more. Our programming is evidenced-based, trauma-informed, and designed specifically for physicians and their families.
Internal programs are often
under-utilized.
Physicians do not self-report burnout for fear of reprisal from employers and licensure bodies. Despite the availability of ‘physician wellness committees’ and employee assistance programs, physician burnout and other work-related mental health disorders continue to increase.
