In healthcare, professionals are often faced with situations where their personal values conflict with the workplace climate and its demands, leading to moral distress and, over time, moral injury. This talk addresses these critical challenges, exploring how such dilemmas impact decision-making, patient care, well-being and professional fulfillment.
