This interactive panel will explore the different kinds of support available to clinicians and create space to think about what might be helpful when navigating life stressors and challenging circumstances. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on challenges they or their colleagues may be facing, learn more about different support options—including peer support, coaching, counseling, and crisis resources—and consider how to find and access the support that feels like the right fit.

1) Differentiate when various forms of support may be most appropriate based on a clinician’s needs and identify the types of support that may be most helpful for themselves or their peers.
2) Identify a range of support and mental health resources available to clinicians, including peer support, coaching, and counseling.
3) Recognize signs that a clinician may be experiencing significant distress or suicide risk and identify appropriate next steps for connecting them with professional or crisis support.
