Join us for this interactive session led by Tom Lavin, MFT, LCADC where you’ll personally explore and apply key concepts to cultivate a flourishing, vital, and meaningful life. We will discuss the Diathesis Stress Model, the Stress Iceberg, Aristotle’s conception of the good life, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Logotherapy.

    2. Recognize how to apply the core concepts of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in both addressing stress and living a vital life.

    3. Apply the 3 domains of purposeful, meaningful living identified by Dr. Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy.

    4. Employ these concepts to enhance ethical patient care and effectively promote your patients’ health and well-being
