Healthcare Supporter Enhancing Humanism in Medicine Session

Join us in this interactive session with other providers where you will learn how to adopt personal strategies for improving responsiveness to challenging situations in the real world.

    • Explore meaningful experiences in clinical practice and how our attention, intentions and attitudes affect our experiences at work.

    • Recognize the tendency of the mind to seek premature closure and how this might impact ethics in patient care.

    • Explain how purposeful attentiveness to one’s own mental processes during everyday work is supportive in practicing medicine with clarity and compassion.
