This 90 minute interactive workshop-style presentation will review principles of clinician well-being and practical strategies participants can practice and implement immediately following the workshop.
Participants will connect with others in interactive breakout rooms, share ideas in large group debriefs, and end with commitments that will support their well-being and that of others at the conclusion of the workshop.

Following participation in this course, participants should be able to:
Define workplace well-being and explore what that means for you in your work.
Identify the factors that contribute to and promote well-being for clinicians and examine the role of coaching in that process.
Identify strategies to incorporate positive psychology coaching into conversations with learners and colleagues.
