Learning Objectives

Following participation in this course, participants should be able to:

  • Participants will be able to define well-being;

  • Participants will be able to identify three common leadership mistakes and the evidence-based alternative strategies to address burnout effectively;

  • Participants will demonstrate an understanding of perceived organizational support and be able to provide three examples of policy changes to promote organizational support of employees' well-being.
